We
offer a variety of inspection services designed to assist our customers in the management of their equipment.
We prepare written reports that provide the data you require to make informed decisions on budgetary, regulatory or performance/efficiency related issues.
Service / Maintenance Programs
Regular
maintenance is critical in order to keep your downtime
to a minimum, your repair costs low and your lift trucks safe &compliant. Times change however and not all applications require the same level of service. As part of our continuous improvement process, we have re-designed our
planned maintenance programs and now offer more programs for our customers to choose from.
Your sales representative, working in conjunction with the service department, can analyze your needs and offer the best plan.....the plan that represents value and contributes to the overall return on investment you should be getting from your equipment. The J.H. Ryder "PM" programs include:
"Bronze" Planned Maintenance Program
Covers basic maintenance & safety/regulatory issues
"Gold" Planned Maintenance Program
An advanced plan that offers broader, more extensive coverage
"Platinum" Planned Maintenance Program
Our full-maintenance package is exactly that....full. We’ll take care of all truck parts, repairs, safety and service issues in accordance with the manufacturers' specifications throughout the term of the contract. No "hidden" surprises or costs.
Together with the properly matched lease plan, this program may allow your company to take advantage of some attractive tax incentives pertaining to your overall "operating expenses".
Custom Service Package
Certain applications
require special/customized service programs. We can tailor a program & maintenance schedule specifically for the equipment you own and the environment
it operates in.
Safety Inspection Maintenance
By law, all lifting devices require a minimum of one annual safety inspection. We will co-ordinate the scheduling and assume the responsibility of
ensuring that these critical inspections are made as required. This service is included in all of our planned maintenance programs. Are your lift trucks being inspected annually?
Maintaining your Warranty and Resale Value
By using only Original Equipment Manufactured (OEM) parts, we can ensure
that your warranty conditions are met. You will also receive a
detailed service history that you’ll be able to use when selling
or trading in your equipment.
Emergency Repairs
Unfortunately, even with a planned maintenance program, you may still have an emergency breakdown. That’s why we offer 24-hour service, overnight parts
shipping and 2-hour response times during business hours. When your lift truck breaks down, you don’t need an answering machine....you need service! That’s where we come in.
Does Your Company Service It’s Own Fork Lift Trucks?
If so, we would be happy to quote on your parts requirements,
perform the warranty work and provide the supplemental service needs you may
have. Keep in mind we have a large rental fleet for those seasonal or intermittent times
when you require additional equipment.
Service Training - in addition to offering complete operator, safety and or regulatory courses, our
training group offers service technician training.
